Koryodae2 share house gives you the great access that you could easily go to several universities such as Korea, Sungshin Woman’s, Kyunghee University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and University of Seoul. Especially, you could make it to go to Korea University by walk.
Not only students are really good to live in this house, but also those who take the subway which is Line No.6 could get some advantages.
Moreover, there are also some places where you could buy some house hold items near the station and house.
In addition, Dongdaemun station where you would see all kinds of Korean goods is within striking distance by bus from Anam station, Line No.6. Lastly, you could save the money for food and others near the house!

고려대 쉐어하우스 보더리스 분위기가 너무 좋았어요! 한국어를 공부하러 왔는데 룸메이트들과 한국어는 물론 영어 공부까지 많이 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 처음하는 유학이라 불안했지만 금방 친해져서 지내는 동안 즐겁게 유학 생활 마치고 돌아갑니다! Share house that is close to Korea University is full of friendly people! I came to Korea to study Korean and I could practice not only Korean a lot, but also spoke English in a daily basis. It was my first time studying overseas and I felt uneasy at the beginning. But I got along with my roommates quickly and enjoyed my time in Borderless House!

하우스메이트들이 모두 밝고 착해서 너무 편하게 생활했습니다. 가족 같은, 집 같은 분위기여서 만족스러웠습니다. 기회가 된다면 쉐어하우스에 또 입주하고 싶어요^^ It was so comfortable to stay because all housemates were really bright and kind. It was like staying with my own family in my own house. If there is chance, I would like to move in to Borderless Share House once again:)

Great place to stay^^ Feels like home :D During my stay here I tried my best to not having complaints. As long as I could handle it I would do it. Because I realize that all staffs are very helpful and working really hard to make my living here feels as good as home. Also they are really kind and nice so that I don't wanna whine and be annoying person towards them. I do really appreciate for all what they've done. All the staffs are always delivering the excellent service towards tenants. 보더리스 쉐어하우스는 살기 좋은, 정말 집 같은 곳입니다. :D 스태프분들이 항상 저희가 이 쉐어하우스를 진짜 집으로 느낄 수 있도록 열심히 일하시며 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 그래서 그들에게 불평을 늘어놓거나 스트레스를 주고 싶지 않아 저희가 해결할 수 있는 일은 스스로 해결하기 위해 노력했습니다. 쉐어하우스 스태프분들이 항상 친절하고 정성스러운 서비스를 제공해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!

最短需住滿一個月 - 入居所需要的費用有哪些呢？BORDERLESS HOUSE 日本初期費用50,000日圓(事務手續費30,000日圓及保證金20,000日圓)、首月房租及水電光熱費必須於收到入居申請確認信後的三日營業日內付款。 假如您需要額外租借寢具組，寢具組租借費用為9,000日圓，一次性費用。(寢具組包含: 枕頭、枕頭套、床單、保潔墊、棉被、被套、毯子)
※第一個月的房租及水電費計算方式為以日計算，從入住日起計算至當月月底。
※假如您預定的房間為即日起空房，您的房租最晚會於兩周後開始起算。假如您預定的房間為某日起空房，您的房租最晚會於空房日起的兩周後開始起算。
※依實際居住時間長短，退房時會從保證金扣除「物件維護費用」5,000~10,000日圓。BORDERLESS HOUSE 韓國事務手續費300,000韓元以及保證金500,000韓元，合計800,000韓元的初期費用請於收到入居申請確認信後的三日內付款。
事務手續費是不會退還的，此費用為契約費,物件設備的維護費及其他我們提供房客生活支援的費用。在退租日當日會有員工去檢查您的房間，若沒有任何問題，我們會將保證金退還給您。
我們有提供寢具六件組租賃。房租以外外加60,000韓圓即可享有寢具組租賃服務第一個月的房租及水電費(從入住當天計算至當月月底)請務必於入住當天付款。BORDERLESS HOUSE 台灣初期費用合計6,500元，其包含事務手續費1,500元以及保證金5,000元。請於收到入居申請確認信後的兩日內付款。
※假如您預定的房間為即日起空房，您的房租最晚會於兩週後開始起算。假如您預定的房間為某日起空房，您的房租最晚會於空房日起的兩週後開始起算。
第一個月的房租及水電費(從入住當天計算至當月月底)請務必於入住當天付款。 - 不會說英文或當地國家的語言也沒關係嗎？BORDERLESS HOUSE裡有很多剛開始接觸英文或當地國家語言的朋友，以及第一次出國的朋友。從國外來的朋友都是對當地文化感到興趣、或是想學當地母語的朋友居多。偶爾在需要幫助時也能得到其他當地朋友的幫忙，入住後語言能力明顯提升的房客也非常多。是個能讓你能安心入住的好地方。
- 我和室友們有機會能感情變好嗎?Borderless House的特點之一就是有很多和他人交流的機會。我們的房客會互相討論及制定生活公約，像是打掃時間等等。透過這些討論及交流，讓我們的居住生活環境變得更舒適美好。
