I am a Dutch student currently doing my master's in Computer Science. I will be coming to Taiwan for an exchange semester at NTU, and I am really hoping to experience the local culture while I am there. It will be my first time traveling outside of Europe, so I am excited to explore the city and other parts of the country too! I'm a PhD student at TMU working on some crazy biology stuff (Tissue engineering). I've spent the last three years in Germany and Sweden, working in research and completing my master’s degree. However, before that, I had the wonderful opportunity to work at TMU in Taipei, a city I’m thrilled to return to. My hobbies include exploring museums, cooking, hiking, reading, watching anime and playing football. I’m particularly excited about rediscovering Taiwan’s hiking trails and leaning to make new dishes.
